Scholarship program

Denotes programs related to Greece or Hellenism

For creating the Stavros Niarchos Scholars’ fund for the benefit of PhD students. The scholarships will benefit distinguished students, including Greek students, who undertake Hellenic Studies at the postgraduate level in the Departments of Classics or the Department of Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies.

 

Founded in 1829, King’s College London is a British institution of higher education. This research led university is spread across four campuses in the heart of London and is divided into nine academic schools. King’s College has a long tradition of excellence in Hellenic studies with its Department of Classics and its Department of Byzantine and Modern Greek studies, as well as the Centre of Hellenic Studies, which organizes lectures and conferences and produces publications to disseminate this expertise to the wider community.
